Stress

Stress is bad most of the time, but it helps us know something is affecting us.
How do we handle stress, or does it handle us? How do we reduced stress, or do we only create more stress by our bad choices?
What helps your stress?
Have you tried: prayer, Bible reading, church, friends, a ride, music, aloneness. What works really for us?
