God is faithful
Of all the great things the Bible teaches about God, one of the greatest to me is GOD IS FAITHFUL.Oh, how His heart must break over our lack of faithfulness. We have so many excuses- it is unbelievable. But truthfully- we are without excuse.

JESUS IS FOR US ALL
Jesus came to save all who believe in Him.
John 3: 16. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Jesus is the Savior
The s of Jesus reminds me that Jesus is the Savior. John 14 is very clear about this- He is not a Savior-He is the one and only Savior-listen closely- John 14
1. Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
4. And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
5. Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?
6. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Now we know who Jesus is-PASTOR JOE

Jesus is everlasting
Jesus has always been. John 1 clearly teaches us that. He always was, He is now, and shall always be.
He is worthy of our love and service. We can count on Him being there in love and power.

Jesus
This week I shall talk about Jesus. The J of Jesus reminds me of the joy that comes from knowing Him as our Savior. That joy gives peace deep in our soul-glory!
The J also makes me think of the judgment to come. Sin is real, evil is real. It is a bad choice, and many make it too often. We all answer to God for the choices we make-judgment is real, too.

WORKING ON A MASTERPIECE
I am studying "stary, stary night" by Van Gooh. My teacher is helping me to redo it in my style. Will it be a masterpiece or a master mess? It will be a vanjoe for sure.
I love the challenge of working on a masterpiece.
God is working on us- we are His master piece, and He doesn't make junk.

47 at church last night
I am grateful to see the 47 that attended our Bible study last night. We studied a crazy man-Saul, and met Goliath. Next week we shall see how David quietens down Goliath. Good stuff-don't miss it.

ARE WE A LEARNER OR A LOSER?
In life we are a learner or a loser. THE QUESTION IS WHICH ARE WE? Some can learn, and do well. Some stop learning, and suffer great loss. Never stop learning and thinking. Life is best when God can teach us. It is true old dogs can learn new tricks.

Fixed
My computer got fixed, and so I am back online. I will use it for the glory of God. I am glad that we too can be fixed. A precious 7 year old girl asked Jesus to be her Savour, and she will be baptized soon-GLORY.
We can be fixed. All it takes is a step of faith in Jesus, and we can be fixed and ready for a better life now and later-WOW!

Good crowd-good spirit
Last night we had 45 for church as we studied 1 Samuel 16-GET OVER IT, YOU HAVE THINGS TO DO. Samuel was upset that Saul was a failure as a king, God told him to stop mourning for he had things to do.
There is a time to mourn, but we have things to do. Are we doing them? God needs us to do our part-are we?

READ A GOOD BOOK
When is the last time you read a good book-if ever? When did you work your brain cells. Go to the library or to a good book store and read a good book. Right now I am reading a book written over 100 years ago by Oswel Chambers, along with several others of course.

VIOLATED
Yesterday as I headed to work at the church office, I opened the door and stepped toward my office door and it was open-oh, no, not again. Yes, it was again. Someone had broken into the church through a window and spent the night in my office, eat my health food bars, and had fun in the kitchen. They had loooked all over the church for food and money. Called the sheriff and 2 very nice agents were quickly on the scene, and they were so nice and gathered evidence. About 4 hours later they left, and so did I, as I had chores to be done, and bills to be paid.

FATHERS DAY
This week the family will be our focus. It was God who bless the family, and said it was good. A man and a woman, who had kids. They tried to raise them and they failed. Welcome to the real world.

Learning
Painter Vincent van Gogh once said, "If you hear a voice within you say, "You cannot paint,' then by all means paint, and that voice will be silenced.

A FAILURE
King Saul was a failure, but we don't have to be. We all fail at times-welcome to the real world, but we don't have to be a failure.
Peter was often a failure, but God forgave him, and used him to be a wonderful example of a forgiven person.

GIVING OUR BEST
There are times when we give our best, and our best we can give is not the best we would like to give. Sometimes we are not on top of our game, but we need to give our best at that moment.
