A GREAT PERSON
On Sunday mornings I am preaching about a great person-Abram. He was a strong family man. He moved as God led. He listened to God. You know God still speaks to us. Have we heard Him in the Bible lately? Have we heard Him at church lately? Are we listening at all? Over the next 3 weeks we shall learn more about Abram.
This leaves me with a thought-are we a great person? Why not?

AMAZING GRACE
THE TOPIC AT THIS WEEKS BIBLE STUDY WAS- AMAZING GRACE.
THE BIBLE SHOWS US THAT WE ARE SINNERS IN THE SIGHT OF GOD,
BUT GOD SHOWS AMAZING GRACE BY ALLOWING JESUS TO DIE ON THE CROSS IN OUR PLACE,
IF WE BELIEVE ON JESUS AS OUR PERSONAL SAVIOUR THEN GOD GIVES AMAZING GRACE BY ALLOWING US TO BE HIS CHILDREN AND GO TO HEAVEN-AMAZING.
AS A BONUS WE CAN LIVE THE BEST LIFE NOW AS WE FOLLOW THE TEACHINGS OF THE BIBLE AND FOLLOW THE LEAD OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, WHO ALWAYS HONORS JESUS-GLORY!!!

I am back
Yes, I am back-been to Anderson Univ. for a Bible school on Romans. What a blessing it was to sit at the feet of some great Bible teachers for 3 days. Don is in the hosp. Jeanie had a cathe this am-results well- pills,diet and walking can help. Last night had a good crowd at Bible study on Psalm 8- look on the web site for Sunday's messages.

GOD HAS AN ANSWER
God has an answer. No matter what the question or problem-God has an answer. It may be Yes, no, or later, or even I have a better plan. Yes, friend God cares and does have a better plan. Heaven awaits. Hell can be avoided. Turn to the Lord, and get an answer. Read the Bible, and seek wise counsel.

43 years?
Yes today Louise and I have been married 43 years. I love that girl. I am proud of her in so many ways. She is the best wife I have ever had-wait a minute-she is the only wife I have ever had. She loves me and supports and encourages me, and tries to advise me. That alone is a hard job. But she is good at it.
Did I mention she is a good cook. She is a good concerned mother. She loves the Lord and the church. And did I mention she is a good cook.
