Pray for Megan
We have a precious teenage girl having a tumor removed this morning. Please pray that it goes well and will be benign.
Lord, bless Megan, her family, the doctors, and all involved. May we hear a good report, and we will thank You in Jesus' name-amen. PASTOR JOE

Jude 8
Jude 8. Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.
The Bible clearly teaches us how to honor the Lord and use use our bodies as He desires, but do we?
Some people live in a dream world, and not in the present. Where do we live?
We can live wrong according to the Bible.
Some will not take orders. They become rebels, and show it in so many ways. We can waste our lives foolishly, or we can honor God. The judgment is ahead for all.
How do we talk about leaders? Do we pray enough for them? How we need to watch our mouths, and pray more.
Think hard on these matters-PASTOR JOE

Jude 7
Jude 7. Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
Does God care how we live? The answer must be a strong YES. We can live like the devil, but there is a God to answer to, and consequences to be faced. Sin hurts us. Sin angers God. The judgment is coming, and sooner than you think. Pay attention.
Yesterday an overflowing church paid respect to a precious friend, and we said see you later to Marion. Much love and kindness and concern flowed. God bless Ronnie and the family and friends- PASTOR JOE

Today-HONORING A FRIEND
Today Louise and I go to honor a friend who passed away. I shall help with her service. Even though 30 years have passed since we left Winnsboro, we still have many dear precious friends there, and we honor them all, and some great memories.
Marion Clack went to be with the Lord on Friday, heaven is now a better place, and we shall miss her for a while. Before long we shall see her again in heaven-glory.

Jude 6. And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
A deep verse for sure, so let's dig in. Angels like us have choices to make.
Do we make good choices? Sometimes, often, seldom?
We don't have to do the will of God-some chose not to, but there are consequences to be suffered-don't forget that.

How quick we forget things that are so important.
God is good.

God also punishes unbelief. Hell is a real place, and the good news is we don't have to go there, we chose to go there.

Jude 4. For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
Not every one is what they say they are- actions speak louder than words. Be careful who you elect to do what. Some love power not God. Some want to party not worship. Some just know Jesus as their savour.

A STUDY OF JUDE
Jude 1
1. Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ, and called:
THE lORD KNOWS US-YES,US.
The Lord desires that we serve Him. Many really want it the other way around-not.
The Lord knows and loves our family.
We can be clean people if we so desire and ask the Lord to clean us up.
If we are saved it is forever-the Lord does things right. We are saved by His grace, and not because of us being perfect.
Think on these things and have a good one-PASTOR JOE

Tillman ok
This morning before I awoke, I had to get up and go be with Rachael, Bradley, and Tillman as he had an operation- did well, test results back Monday.

Time Flies
Time does fly by. I was 16,32 and now 64-wow! The question is are we saved? We are not promised the next minute. Are we saved? Anyone can be. Trust Jesus now as your personal Savior. Don't forget His tomb is empty- He was resurrected-He is alive. He saves and He alone. Don't miss heaven. You don't have to.

Jesus is Lord
Lord-the one in charge. Jesus is Lord of all-yes of all. Why do we worry and fret? Jesus is Lord, and He loves us-yes us. I am not perfect,but Jesus loves you and me-great. But Jesus wants us to love Him-do we- we can start now. We can do better. Read the Bible and attend a Bible teaching church, and enjoy Jesus.

UPDATES
Arie in hospital being treated-has infection. Jim being assessed for treatment to help him-on new meds, Sam lost several fingers. Worshipped at Hilltop last night was blessed with great singing and preaching. Everyone I know needs prayer for something, so please do it.
