A Time
There is a time to laugh, and a time to cry. In a world full of evil and sin, we need a time to laugh and a time to cry.
The truth is we can laugh and cry at the wrong time. I realize that many seldom laugh, and that is sad, but some laugh too much, and some never cry.
The key word is balance, and doing it at the right time.
I hope today it is laughing time, and we can do it a lot today, but if it is crying time- do it.

Grace

A DAY TO REMEMBER
Today we pause to remember those who gave the ultimate price so that we can enjoy the freedoms we often take for granted. We must never forget freedom isn't free.
We also pause to pray for the families of our heroes-God bless them one and all.

Last Chance
Tonight the series of revival services ends. It doesn't have to end tonight, for it can live on in our hearts. Scott has done some inspired preaching-what a blessing, the choir-wow! The specials have been special. The Lord has spoken- do we listen and apply-it's up to us.
Add to your pray list Norma Owen, she fell yesterday at Charleston while on vacation and broke her hip, and will have hip operation today. She is such a sweet lady- pray for her and Charles and the family, and the Doctors,etc...

Lord, give us a revival.

e- energy- spent for the Lord and His causes
v- victory over sin and the devil is real
i- involved in church and things that honor the Lord
v- voice used to honor the Lord and speak to others about Him
a-all as one-Spirit and Bibically led
l-loyal to things that really do matter

The Future before us
Last night we had a glimpse of the future before us-about 50 children and youth were awarded for being involved in church activities. Wow! God bless and use all of them for His glory.

MOTHERS
What a day of worship yesterday. 90 came. We had a wonderful choir special, Tonya sang a great new song, and I spoke on Mothers-what the Bible teaches about them-wow!!! Then we closed the service with everyone in the altar with a mother.....to God be the glory...
Now the hard part living towards Mothers as the Bible says-let's get busy especially the love and respect part.

Theron another cathe
My buddy Theron Owen will have another heart cathe-he hasn't done well since his last one a month ago- so pray for him and Nettie today.
No caught mouse yet-trying- need to rid that problem.
Last night a long time of prayer requests at church.
Today I take Paul of eye treatment, too, and I hope to make it to art class.

I hate them big time. Last night Louise and I came home, and a mouse welcomed us-booooooo.

REVIVAL AHEAD
Mother's day-this Sunday, and then the next Sunday-Revival time at Refuge with Scott Willis. I ask you to pause and ask God to bless the Revival, and if possible ask God to help you do your part to make the Revival a blessing.

REWARD DAY IS COMING
Believe it or not, like it or not rewards day is coming- the judgment day is ahead-God help us to get ready.

I am so glad we christians can have our sins forgiven- 1 John 1: 9. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. GLORY.

Friday- a blessing?
OK it is Friday. Is it a blessing or a curse to you? For me I try to take some time for myself. Later today, I want to check on Mildred who is 95 and in the hospital doing well-she may get to come home tomorrow.
But most of today, I hope to work on my second book some. It will be different, and a self-help type book for everyone especially Christians.

WHO DO YOU TRUST?
Last night we had a Bible study in 1 Samuel 14, and learned that Jonathan's armor bearer trusted Jonathan with his very life. Who do we trust with our life? Who do we trust at all?
